Are outside vendors allowed?
Yes — licensed caterers, florists, photographers and DJs are welcome. We ask for vendor insurance certificates and a short vendor agreement for load-in windows.
Do you offer exclusive dates?
Some weekend dates book quickly. We offer exclusive bookings for the contracted time window; ask about our preferred-vendor discounts for weekday weddings or off-peak months.
Is there an on-site coordinator?
An on-site manager is available during events for facility needs. Full coordination packages can be recommended through our preferred planners list.
